Saturday night Q, H and Jems all stayed over. After a Sunday brunch of heart-shaped pancakes and sweet potato hash (yum!), Jamie decided we should all dress up for a photoshoot. This was the result:
I’ll take production credit, of course Sara did the costumes, Jamie gets the writing credit, and Quentin & Heather did the set work and played the starring roles.
Kuhhandel, for the uninitiated, is the German card game that we are shown playing. It’s called You’re Bluffing in English, but since I learned it from the German version, we’ve stuck with the original name. And I’ve managed to get everyone I’ve taught (at least 10 people) to call it that too.
So we dressed up, rearranged the furniture, poured out some whiskey sours, took some pictures, and then got back into our normal clothes all in under an hour. You may notice the snow outside. Afterwards we all went out for a walk to the lake and had a spectacular snowball fight along the way (sorry, no pictures). It was a wonderful Sunday afternoon.
